Blueberry & Lemon Baked Oats

This vegan baked oats recipe is such a creative and satisfying twist on an all-time breakfast favourite - the porridge! With added chia seeds for an extra boost of fibre and coconut yoghurt to remind you of a luscious sunny Sunday brunch. Made with love by our Naturya ambassador Vishali.


  • 20g oats
  • 200ml oat milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 100ml Aquafaba
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp (10g) Naturya Coconut Sugar
  • Handful of frozen blueberries
  • 3 tbsp (30g) Naturya Chia Seeds


  • Mix all of your ingredients together apart from the blueberries
  • Pour in an oven proof dish and layer on your frozen blueberries
  • Bake for around 20 minutes at 180 degrees
  • Optional: top with coconut yogurt, fresh blueberries, some lemon zest and chia seeds
