Avocado Cacao Maca Mousse

The combination of bananas, avocados and cacao in this mousse makes it deliciously creamy. Free from dairy and refined sugars and loaded with energy-boosting maca, this mousse is the perfect guilt-free dessert!



  • Slice the avocados in half, remove the stones and spoon out the avocado flesh
  • Place the avocado flesh in a food processor
  • Add the bananas, agave syrup, Cacao powder and Maca powder to the food processor
  • Blend until smooth
  • Spoon into four ramekins or small glasses
  • Keep chilled in the fridge until ready to serve
  • To serve, sprinkle with Cacao Nibs and drizzle with agave syrup
