Avocado Cacao Maca Mousse

The combination of bananas, avocados and cacao in this mousse make it deliciously creamy. Free from dairy and refined sugars and loaded with energy-boosting Maca, this mousse is the perfect guilt-free dessert!

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 4 bananas
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 4 tbsp Naturya Cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp Naturya Maca powder
  • Naturya Cocoa Nibs
  • Extra agave syrup

Method

  • Slice the avocados in half, remove the stones and spoon out the avocado mixture
  • Place the avocado flesh in a food processor
  • Add the bananas, maple syrup, Cacao powder and Maca powder to the food processor
  • Blend until smooth
  • Spoon into four ramekins or small glasses
  • Keep chilled in the fridge until ready to serve
  • To serve, sprinkle with Cacao Nibs and drizzle with maple syrup
