These chocolate coated vegan doughnuts can be made in just half an hour, providing a tasty treat with added health benefits! Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 3 tbsp Naturya Collagen Support Vivid Vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 2 tbsp Naturya Coconut Sugar
- 1 ripe banana (mashed)
- 1/4 cup plant-based milk
- 1/4 cup plain vegan yoghurt
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Method
Pre heat the oven to 180/170c fan and lightly grease a doughnut pan.
In a bowl add the oat flour, Vivid Vanilla Collagen Support powder, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, and Coconut Sugar, and mix together.
In a bowl mash the bananas. Add this to the dry mixture along with the milk, yoghurt, extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar and fold in gently.
Using a piping bag, pipe the mixture into the doughnut pan.
Pop into the oven for approximately 10-12 minutes until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool. Meanwhile melt the dark chocolate.
Dip the doughnuts into the chocolate, coating the top and allow the glaze to harden, then enjoy!
