This delicious Pineapple & Wheatgrass Smoothie is loaded with nutrients and is quick and simple to prepare. Try it for breakfast to revitalise or as a snack to boost your energy levels naturally.


  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 cup almond milk or juice
  • 1 tbsp Naturya Wheatgrass powder


  • Add all of the ingredients to a blender
  • Blend until you have a smooth texture
  • Add water or more almond milk/ juice as required
