These no-bake Maca-roons are simple to make and taste delicious. They are a healthy twist on regular Macaroons and provide a source of riboflavin (vitamin B2) which supports immunity and energy and iron to contribute to boost


  • 1 cup of brazil nuts
  • 1 cup shredded coconut, plus extra for dusting
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Naturya Maca powder
  • 3/4 cup soft Medjool dates (pits discarded)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Salt to taste


  • Mix all of the ingredients in a food processor until they form a dough
  • You can add water to soften, or more coconut if the dough is too wet
  • Form the mixture into small balls and then roll in the reserved coconut
  • Flatten slightly and serve
