- 100g Naturya Bery Buzz Overnight Oats
- 100g oat flour
- 100g coconut oil
- 3 tsp Naturya Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2/3 jar Naturya Cashew & Hazelnut smooth spread
- 20 raspberries (smashed)
Add the Berry Buzz Oats and oat flour to a bowl along with the coconut sugar, baking powder and salt and mix together. Melt the coconut oil, add it to the mix and stir together.
Place in the fridge for approx 15 minutes and then spoon 3/4 of the mixture into a silicone heart mould and smooth down until nicely compact.
Spoon over the cashew spread, add some smashed raspberries, then top with the remaining oat mixture and place into the oven for approx 20 minutes at 170°C.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
Enjoy for breakfast, as a snack or dessert!
