Superfood Loaded Oat Bars

A filling and indulgent treat to enjoy at any time of the day! Superfood bars are one of the easiest ways to get more nutrients into your diet. They are incredibly simple to make, and you can throw all sorts of superfoods in them – this recipe, brought to you by Naturya Ambassadors @yourfoodiesisters combines energising Goji Berries and Omega-3 rich Chia Seeds, and our decadent Cashew & Hazelnut vegan spread.

They’ll keep in the fridge for up to 14 days and can also be stored in the freezer.


  • 180g Naturya Cashew & Hazelnut spread
  • 175g Agave syrup
  • 2 tbsp (26g) Naturya Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 160g cups rolled oats
  • 130 grams almonds, sliced or crushed
  • 30g Naturya Goji Berries
  • 30g Naturya Chia Seeds


  • Add the Cashew & Hazelnut spread, Agave syrup, sea salt and Coconut Oil in a large pan on a medium heat. Allow it to warm and keep stirring so it doesn’t stick to the bottom or burn.
  • Once the mixture gently bubbles, take it off the heat and add the oats, almonds, Goji Berries and Chia Seeds. Mix to ensure all ingredients are coated well.
  • Line a tray with baking paper and add the mixture. Press firmly and use the back of a bowl or cup to press down evenly.
  • Place in the fridge for approx. 2 hours to set.
  • To slice into bars or squares, lift out the mixture with the baking paper and transfer to a cutting board. Let it sit for 5 minutes to adjust to room temperature so you can easily cut through with a sharp knife. Cut into bars and store in the fridge for up to 14 days.
