Maca is an adaptogen so it will help improve the health of the adrenal system, the system in charge of managing your body’s response to stress. Adding Maca is therefore a great idea if you're looking to boost energy and improve your mood.

Ingredients

  • 125g Naturya Cashew & Hazelnut vegan spread
  • 2 supermarket-bought Banoffee Pots (or use 90g toffee yoghurt)
  • 1 tbsp (10g) Naturya Maca Powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp of agave syrup
  • 1/8 tsp of Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 20g of puffed quinoa

Method

Melt nut butter and agave syrup in a bowl placed over a pan with hot water.

Add the Banoffee Pots/yoghurt, vanilla and salt, mix well.
