Stuffed Choc Cookies

Deliciously indulgent chocolate cookies with a rich gooey centre. Make them with our new delicious Yacon sweetened Cacao Nibs for extra crunchiness and energy & immunity supporting copper and magnesium!


  • 200g Naturya Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
  • 225g Coconut Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Naturya Chia Seeds
  • 175g plain flour (gluten-free)
  • 175g Naturya Cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 75g Naturya Yacon sweetened Cacao Nibs
  • 85g almond butter
  • 85g Naturya Cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup


  • Place the Chia Seeds in a bowl with 8 tbsps of water
  • Stir well and leave for 10 minutes until the mixture has thickened up
  • Combine the Coconut Oil and coconut sugar in a blender (or by hand) and then stir in the chia mixture
  • Add the dry ingredients and blend to combine
  • Place the cookie dough in the fridge for 1 hour
  • Meanwhile make the stuffing by combining almond butter with the equivalent amount of Cacao powder and agave syrup. If the mixture is too thick, add water to loosen
  • Take a golf ball sized lump of cookie dough and flatten slightly
  • Place a teaspoonful of the stuffing in the centre and then fold up the sides of the dough to enclose the stuffing
  • Repeat until you have used up all of the dough
  • Place on a baking tray covered in greaseproof baking paper and bake for 9-12min on 170°C
