This smoothie is one of the easiest and most delicious ways of eating maca in the morning, and super simple to blend up!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup of melon
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1tsp Naturya Maca powder
- Fruit to garnish
Method
- Pop the mango, melon and water into your blender a whizz until smooth
- Add the maca and whizz again to mix it in, this stops the maca clumping in your smoothie
- Top with your choice of fruit
