Cleansing Spirulina Soup

This cleansing soup is served cold or warm and is a refreshing addition to any summer menu or to support your immunity during the winter months.

Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 100ml coconut yogurt
  • 5g fresh parsley
  • 5g fresh mint
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp ground paprika
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp Naturya Spirulina powder
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup (250ml) water

Method

  • Remove the stones from the avocados
  • Mix all of the ingredients together in a blender and serve
