How do I use it?

Quality and Provenance

Coconut Sugar is known as the most sustainable sweetener in the world. Coconut trees are ecologically beneficial crops that restore damaged soil, use very little water and grow in eco-systems that are supportive of the surrounding wildlife.

We source our Organic Coconut Sugar from local farmers in Indonesia, where coconut sugar has traditionally been produced from sap tapped by hand from the coconut palm flower. The coconut nectar derived from sap is dehydrated, sieved and oven-baked soon after harvest to preserve the highest quality. The result is a fine, golden coconut sugar that has a delicious hint of caramel.

Compared to brown sugar, Coconut Sugar contains twice the amount of iron, four times more magnesium and over 10 times more zinc.
