Tiramisu Recipe



A desert with sugar substitutes? Our delicious Tiramisu recipe lets you indulge with a little peace of mind. We've substituted white refined sugar for goodness packed cane juice crystals, not all "healthy" recipes need to be 100% good for you.

How to make


​1.5 egg yolks & egg whites

25g cane juice crystals

125g mascarpone

20 sponge fingers

1 pack of biscotti

1 tsp instant coffee (it can be decaf)

25ml amaretto liquor

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp lucuma powder


  • start by beating the egg yolk, cane juice, mascarpone and lucuma together
  • whisk the egg white until soft peaks form
  • add the egg whites to the egg yolk, mascarpone, cane juice crystal and lucuma mixture
  • soak the sponge fingers in the coffee - amaretto mix
  • layer the mixture on top of the soaked sponge biscuits and leave to set in the fridge for 1-2 hours
  • sprinkle cocoa powder on top when you serve them up
