How to make


3 bananas, mashed
250 g wholemeal self-raising flour
2 tbsp Naturya Maca Powder
¼ tsp mixed spice
125 g caster sugar
125 g coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp agave syrup
4 knobs stem ginger, diced
2 eggs, beaten


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) Gas Mark 4. Grease and base line a 2 lb loaf tin.
  • Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl then spoon into the prepared tin.
  • Bake for 1 hour and 25-30 minutes, until risen and golden.
  • Remove from the tin and cool on a rack.
