Whether you're just having a snack at home of throwing a full-on dinner party, this Hempamole is perfect. The magic ingredient? Yup, you've got it, Hemp Protein powder.

    Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 4 tbsp Hemp Protein powder
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp miso paste
  • 2 tbsp Cold Pressed Coconut Oil

    Method

  • Remove the flesh from the avocados and put it in the blender
  • Remove the stalks from the tomatoes, quarter them, and add them to the blender
  • Remove the stalks and seeds from the chilli and add to the blender too
  • Next add the lemon juice, Hemp Protein powder, garlic, miso and coconut oil and blend it all together until a thick cream is formed
  • Stir in the hemp seeds by hand
  • Serve and enjoy. This hempamole will keep for around five days in the fridge, depending on how ripe your avocados are.
