Chocolate, coconut and raspberry pot

This is a lovely vegan alternative to a regular chocolate mouse. It’s light and rather delicious. As well as vegan it is sugar free and loaded with super food goodness.

How to make


  • 1 ½ cup soaked cashew nuts
  • ½ cup melted Naturya Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 cup melted cocoa butter
  • 300 ml of creamed coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup Naturya Cacao Powder
  • ¾ cup soaked dates
  • 2 tsp Naturya Chia Seeds
  • Raspberries
  • Naturya Cocoa Nibs
  • Shaved coconut


  • Soak the dates and cashew nuts in water for 1-2 hours, once soft put into the food processor, and blend until smooth
  • Add the melted Coconut Oil, cacao butter and the coconut milk
  • The mix should be soft, add the Cacao Powder and blend
  • Remove from the blender and divide the mix into 4 ramekins, refrigerate for and hour
  • Once set, top them with beautiful plump raspberries some shaved coconut and a sprinkling of Cocoa Nibs.
