Agave syrup is one of the most versatile natural sweeteners in the world, extracted from the Blue Agave plant, whose use dates back thousands of years. The Blue Agave plant from which our organic Agave Syrup is produced following the highest quality standards grows on Mexican fields where it matures for 6 to 7 years before being harvested. Premium Agave Syrup is then obtained by processing the high fructose extract from the heart of the plant. Compared to other sweeteners, agave syrup maintains its flavour and even enriches the flavour of other ingredients in drinks, bakes and beverages.
