Iced Mushroom Coffee

A deliciously refreshing, immune-boosting mushroom iced coffee to help you cool down in the summer heat. This easy mushroom coffee recipe is vegan, creamy and naturally sweetened with agave syrup. You can also opt for decaf instant coffee instead of regular coffee.

Either way, with the addition of our nourishing mushroom blend, which combines reishi, maitake and shiitake, just one cup of mushroom iced coffee contains an eclectic mix of nutrients including your recommended daily intake of vitamin D!

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp of instant coffee
  • 1 tbsp of water
  • 1 tsp (5g) of Naturya Mushroom Blend
  • 2 tbsp of Agave Syrup
  • Handful of ice
  • 200ml of frothy plant-based milk of choice

Method

  • Mix together coffee, water, mushroom blend and agave syrup to form a paste.
  • Fill a cup with ice and frothy milk.
  • Add your coffee paste on top and mix to combine.
  • Enjoy a refreshing iced coffee with a healthy mushroom twist!
